Used for flight, camouflage, courtship, and more – feathers are among the most wondrous features of birds, and separate them from all other creatures on earth. Join us for this hands-on program, featuring a wide selection of feathers from birds found across the continent and right here in New Mexico. The program will also feature a live Avian Ambassador who will show us all who “wears it best”

This is the fifth program in our Saturday Speaker Series this year and will be led by Ben Montgomery, NMWC Site Manager. The program is FREE and admission to the New Mexico Wildlife Center is FREE between 11 am and 1 pm on Saturdays during the month of February!
